Review on National 614111 Release Bearing Assembly by Scott Rodriguez

Goods received very quickly! The picture shown of this product is slightly different from how it actually looks, however it is exactly the same as the release bearing that came with my clutch kit that I bought for my MK IV Golf GTI 1.8T (http://www. amazon.com/LuK-17-050-Clutch-Set/dp/B000CI8XTK) The best part is that this release bearing is made of all-metal clips. I point this out because the clutch kit I bought (from LUK) includes a throw-out bearing with PLASTIC clips, judging by the reviews of those who bought the same clutch kit, which is basically NOT GOOD. You need metal, beautiful, durable and strong metal brackets. For the price I couldn't be happier knowing that my throwout clamps are metal and not plastic. Another note, the bearing was well lubricated with grease compared to what came with my LUK clutch kit.
