Slow and unreliable on USB sticks

I used it to store a photo collection of about 2 GB. It took about an hour to copy photos to a flash drive, then the drive gave an error message and stopped copying. This has happened many times. I wouldn't trust those flash drives with anything heavier than a few podcasts. Rangers, get out.
