I don't really think future results will be any better. I was also surprised that the magnets weren't.
I have a Bunn commercial coffee maker. I have to clean it every 15 days when the stream becomes a stream. Very accurate and regular. I installed it 3 weeks ago and within 18 days the coffee maker stopped working. I don't really think future results will be any better. I was also surprised that the magnets weren't stronger. I don't know their reasoning, but in any case they seem to produce only a minimal change in limescale.
