These pads work great when they match perfectly. I replaced the standard junk pads (which got worse over time) on my Rtx 3080 Aorus Xtreme because even at +0 memory clock the card reached 110C memory transition temperature, which is ridiculous! After swapping all the pads on the card and adding some on the backplate, the card now runs on 72c-74c memory on a cold night and high 70s during the day. mass improvement. Keep in mind that these pads don't compress very well, so you need to know exactly how fat you're getting. After replacing the pads and reattaching the heatsink to the board, I recommend taking the card apart again to check the printing on the pads and thermal paste for proper contact.
