Review on 🪨 PORTER-CABLE 740001001 2 Inch Self-Adhesive Sanding Discs by John Patterson

I don't know if the reel I received is old (bought from Revain but I think it's from one of the third party suppliers) but the glue does so strong that it literally rips the sanding pad apart when the paper is removed. I've always used 3M tape in the past and had a huge stack of them, but recently I ran out of 100 grit paper so I bought Porter Cable tape. Sandpaper lasts longer than the old 3M paper I had. I was very impressed until I tried to remove the paper and it ripped the sanding pad off the sander. It was a new notebook and it was destroyed after 2 sheets of paper. I've had a sander for 30 years and it's the best out there but this paper is useless as I won't be changing my pad every 2 sheets of paper. I bought 2 more blocks and the second block did the same so I stopped using that paper. Unfortunately, I can no longer find 3M adhesive paper.
