This abrasive paper is durable, effortlessly removes deposits and the combination of these qualities results in superior performance at a great price. The only potential downside I see with this product is on its first use where the strength of the adhesive leaves some residue that needs to be scraped off your back, countertop or whatever, but these are the same characteristics, which allow you to reuse sandpaper. and again and again.

I came across this product on Warehouse Deals for a very low price so I decided to take a chance and am very glad I did. I've always used 3M and Norton sandpaper, but this stuff beats even those brands by an impressively large margin. I use it on a Bosch 1297 DK 1/4 grinder with terrible clamps which I removed completely. Now this sander is dedicated to this Porter Cable self-adhesive sandpaper. I don't know if the reel I received is old (bought from Revain but I think it's from one of the third party suppliers) but the glue does so strong that it literally rips the sanding pad apart when the paper is removed. I've always used 3M tape in the past and had a huge stack of them, but recently I ran out of 100 grit paper so I bought Porter Cable tape. Sandpaper lasts longer than the old 3M paper I had.
