Good workout: Nintendo Systems
I have a regular Wii and it annoys me to stop and go to yoga and weight training. I decided to try this and it's a much better workout. You can even sweat. I still don't like stop and go's but they let you hold the pose longer. I think sometimes sizing can be wrong, but as long as you don't mind your trainer telling you you're not that good, then you'll be fine the next time he says you're perfect. I need to try private classes so I can train longer, but pre-programmed sessions are a great way to start the morning.
