Review on πŸ”Š Fosi Audio BT20A Bluetooth 5.0 Stereo Audio 2 Channel Amplifier Receiver Mini Hi-Fi Class D Integrated Amp 2.0 CH for Home Speakers 100W x 2 with Bass and Treble Control TPA3116 (Includes Power Supply) by Kimberly Peterson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A few minor changes but overall a very decent amp

When this thing came out I thought it was a small piece of junk. Its size is approximately the equivalent of 4 packs of cigarettes. Based on the other reviews I went ahead and hooked it up, glad I did! Worked with two Paradigm outdoor speakers. Lots of sound, no problems. I adjusted the treble a bit and turned the volume up to about 1/2 to 5/8 my phone volume while streaming Spotify over Bluetooth. A few design flaws: 1) The power supply arcs when plugged in. That's not my outlet because I tried it in my garage to see if it would connect and it happened again when I finally installed it in my closet. Once per No problem 2) The red light is on or off all the time. The light is a power indicator. I'm just saying that the device is connected. 3) Cover the red LED with a piece of electrical tape. Fixes this issue 4) Put a white or red dot (sticker) on top of the toggle switch so you know which direction is on. Everything else is ready. That works great. Another plus is that you can connect a secondary source via the RCA inputs. This value is set by default and Bluetooth will override it when you want to use it. There are no buttons to toggle.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than others
