Everybody needs!
Pregnant or not, everyone needs them! I got this early in my pregnancy and it saved my life! I'm approaching my last month and I'm getting more and more uncomfortable - I don't think I can sleep without it! At first my husband hated it because it was like a barrier between us, but now he grabs it at night too, all snuggled up :) You don't even need another pillow for your head. I wrap it around me in a 0 shape (I'm short at 5ft1 so a full circle might not work if you're really tall) or when I'm watching TV I can partially lean on it. headboard and wrap the other curve under my knees so I can sit up in a lying position in bed!
