This is the first "good" knife I've ever owned. I've always settled for cheap sets that get the job done, but wanted a real chef's knife that I could rely on. I've done a lot of research online and I'm usually skeptical of new products, but I gave Kitchee a try and was shocked that the product was of such quality at this price point. The knife is very sharp and makes cooking much easier and more enjoyable. Preparing food is very easy and the knife is great for cutting meat and vegetables, as well as slicing cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. for salads. Highly recommend and will be my number one choice for Christmas gifts this season!
