Seems to be of good quality. The time will show. A NOTICE. FOR SOME REASONS, THIS ITEM DOES NOT COME WITH NUTS OR OTHER MOUNTING HARDWARE. Not sure why this is as the reason for my replacement is frozen/broken nuts on existing hardware. Go to the hardware store and spend 30 minutes on $1 (maybe) worth of parts.
