I would like to start by saying that I was a bit skeptical about buying them without knowing the exact size. But I was very pleasantly surprised. My son is 7 years old and they are perfect for him to grow mushrooms for years. The clip on the suspenders works very well. Holds great in place. They were very easy to set up. but I have a nice satin finish. It literally goes with everything! My son loves this. We will buy others. I really appreciate how you can customize very easily next time. I received this tie and braces at a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased review and opinion. My opinion is that it is very well made and I would definitely buy it again. You can't go wrong with black!
