This is the best coat I have ordered for my small 22 lb dog who has an odd build - similar to a dachshund, but with longer feet. The coat I ordered is a bit long but it doesn't get in the way of her business and really keeps out the rain and snow. It's very well done. I like that the neck piece looks like a turtleneck and is made of a softer material. The slot on the back for a harness line has a protective piece of material that closes with Velcro. And the bottom covers a lot more than the other coat I ordered. The lining is enough to provide enough warmth for winter outings. I ordered another one after seeing how well made the first one is.
