I don't like these and I was going to return them, but my mom thought they were okay so I gave them to her.They are definitely soft, but they shed. Every time I got out of my car I was picking black fuzz off of my shoulder. I could have lived with that. But my main issue was how tight they fit to the seatbelt.It made it impossible for my seatbelt to retract properly and one time I almost closed the car door on my seatbelt (as I was getting out) because the pad was keeping it from moving.Also, the velcro sound was driving me crazy. I heard it every time I moved in my seat. I've gone back to the store-bought one I've been using for several years. It is pretty old but it still works the way I need/want it to.
