Wow! I can not believe it. it works!
My iPhone 11 with the latest iOS version can use Carplay for Android car stereo (made by Corehan). I half-expected to have to replace the head unit with a new two-din stereo model to get the car playing. This thing works. This requires my iPhone to be connected to the USB to Lightning cable in the dongle, but at least it charges the phone (less than 1A - just enough to keep the battery from dying unless it will actually charged quickly).
