Breaks easily, but I like lids.
I bought these to replace other glass jars with broken plastic lids. The silicone lids caught my eye and they're great - they can even be used with other bowls in the microwave or oven. Unfortunately, these glass containers break easily. They are much thinner than glass than pyrex containers and at the slightest impact the edge of the sponge seems to crack and then a large piece of glass breaks and you can no longer use it. That size seems to be an issue. I bought several of these sizes and a smaller one earlier this year. 75% of this larger size is already broken. I haven't had any problems with broken ones.
