I think this shampoo helped solve the problem of hair loss. When I turned 40, I realized I was losing a lot of hair in the sink. They say it comes with age. I chose the argan oil shampoo because the ingredients were recommended and it was reasonably priced compared to other highly rated shampoos. I also started taking a biotin supplement every day and massaged my scalp while shampooing in the shower. In a relatively short period of time, I've noticed that the amount of hair I shed towel drying has decreased significantly. I think the combination of the argan shampoo and other things I did was the reason for the positive results. Highly recommended.
