They are good for managing a small cable
They are very good for managing a small cable. For larger cables, such. a bundled extension cord, the knot will try to maximally stretch the lever if it is too tight. I like the yellow ones, they are easy to see as opposed to the black velcro straps and easy to find if you drop them on the ground in the dark.
