The best thing about this product I have found so far is that you don't get many technical problems while using them compared with other providers out there! There are very few issues but those they do exist, the support team does respond quickly however some of us feel like we're not getting enough attention sometimes since its quite hard contacting anyone within a 24 hour period due to timezones etc.
Have worked well for me thus far though nothing major has occurred which would make me want to go elsewhere now. We use voximalink for internal communication purposes between teams and clients/customers alike via group calls & 1on1s - no more expensive per minute rates! No additional apps required either! It's great because your customer doesn't know exactly what software package or app he needs to download anymore, everything comes builtin & easy to integrate too! Group Calls / 1 On Ones : Easily connect up customers who aren’t able.
