I bought this for my Surface 3 Pro and it cracked during installation. When I first put it on the screen, there were small dust particles. So I washed off this product with soap and water and reapplied it. However, when I walked from the sink to the screen, it folded in half and broke! It has to be HARDENED - it's "hard" isn't it? I've installed dozens of these "shields" on my family and friends' smartphones, so I know how to do it. The way it cracked/shattered - it would in no way protect my Surface's screen from any kind of 'shock' or 'impact'. Instead, I bought a new "Heavy Duty" Surface Case.
