MATERIAL: Thing smells horribly. I had to give it two stars because I read other reviews that mentioned the smell, but I bought it anyway. Also, I have to give two stars because of the price. Still, I did everything I could to remove the smell but to no avail. Odor - An unpleasant chemical odor that makes the vest unwearable. Buyers beware, you get what you pay for. All I can think about right now is the workers who have to make these things and how this factory smells. However, the coated stolen cable that runs through the vest looks pathetic. When you wash that smelly thing, it comes out of the wash and falls apart. Make sure you see how everything is fixed before you wash it. Would I buy it again or recommend it: no
