I'm not sure if other people got the wrong product but I got the same pads I got in the hospital. I'm assuming, of course, that not all hospitals give you the same pads. Immediately after giving birth in the hospital, they gave me giant things that looked like puppy mats, but I only needed them for a day or so. I was already using these pads when I left the hospital about 38 hours after the birth. I like them because they are really soft and cottony. They're quite bulky, but I've never had any leaks or problems even though they don't have fenders. They stuck to my underwear very well and didn't move. I took off 1 star for convenience because they are bulky, but overall I liked them. I would like a thinner version of the same pads.
