Review on PicMonkey by Johnny Pigao

I love how quick it is! It's super simple but has so many options that you can't go wrong with any picture editable tool out there right now (or ever). The filters don't always work as well in some photos than others when using certain effects/filters; however this problem isn't limited only to my own pictures - other users have experienced similar issues too while trying different edits from the app itself. Try them both if they're free!! If your looking into an image editor like these two then try each one first before making final decision about which ones will be best suited towards what type of project needs you need fulfilled at once time. Editing various types of social media posts such as Instagram stories & Facebook ads by adding custom graphics within specific apps such as Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 etc..
