I am autistic and addicted to sensory lights and other developmental products to help lift my spirits. I thought this light would help with that while also being a special way of enriching my emotional support cats. At first I was a little nervous about having a light or sensory item that requires several gallons of water, but that wasn't a huge issue as this part was very light. The product came in excellent packaging, with excellent instructions and labeling of all parts. The mount was a very important part for me so the crampons couldn't knock it over, but the unit is quite heavy and that wasn't a problem. The fish look absolutely adorable and it was a way to relax my own cats and rescue cats I care about. The jellyfish is my favorite part and I would love to purchase individual jellyfish to add to the aquarium. The flash is bright enough but not intrusive. The only downside I have is that while the pump is quiet enough, it can reverberate on certain floors, so be careful. The remote control used for color management is simple and works right out of the box. I recommend watching the water bubbling with fish and jellyfish at night if you are autistic, want to entertain cats, meet some sensory needs, or all three.
