comfortable in small ears - all-time favorite headphones

They fit comfortably in my small ears and I like that they don't have noise cancellation, I listen to podcasts or music in the lab so I must be your co-workers can hear without yelling at or ignoring them. the ear will stop working in 3-4 years if i don't lose them sooner. The sound quality is good and great for what I use it for (listening to music and podcasts at a moderate volume, not an audiophile).
