See how the tulle stretches vertically in the picture? How well does it overlap? How is the coating there (the liner is not translucent)? How well does the incision stretch? This is not what I received. I have a skirt with tulle running horizontally. Tulle didn't overlap? In fact, the entire first panel was missing a layer, so what you saw from the waist to the first 6 inches showed the lining/skirt. It was a complete mess - no gradation, no pretty flare - just a big, hot mess. This is clearly one of those lures and switches. I returned it.
