no idea how it works. use it. The description probably told you, but I can't find it anymore. I thought it would be helpful for fish that feed from above. The food falls down so fast if they don't catch the fins it falls to the ground and they think they're too good to pick it up. I've tried attaching it every way I can but it just flips over and drops the food. Once a small amount of food got caught on the net, and a fish followed it and stayed in it for some time. So it is in the company of all the other mistakes.
