UPDATE: Electronically this case will work with a 4TB drive. I was able to format the full capacity of a Sabrent 4TB drive to 4TB and transfer files with this case, but was unable to close the lid and secure. 4TB drives appear to require chips on both sides of the drive to achieve 4TB capacity, so will not physically fit in this case. I found out the hard way that 4TB won't fit in this case or my laptop. It seems that a very minor change in internal support in this case means it will physically work with 4TB drives. ORIGINAL: works well and fast. Comes with both types of cables which is a nice touch. Installation was a pain and requires tools. A screw is required to open and close. I wish it wasn't like that. It seems that the screw can come loose without your knowledge.
