I've been looking for a slider that can handle some vertical movements for a long time. The specifications of this slider show that it can easily carry loads of up to 44 pounds. - Comes with a bag that fits batteries, tools, pusher and motor. It's easy to travel with. Motor or flywheel options. This is the only slider I've seen so far that has the option to use a motor or flywheel. I might not use the flywheel very often, but sometimes it's useful for some very specific shots. No other slider, only for adjusting the flywheel. Vertical shots, that was the main reason I bought this slider. Can support the weight of my camera + lens (about 4 pounds total) in an upright position. It worked great. More than enough power to move my rig up/down vertically on this slider. It also seems that the motor locks automatically when traffic stops. Great design. No remote options, can only be controlled via bluetooth app. The bluetooth app works fine. Not perfect, but gets the job done. I installed it easily on my iPhone 6. Power source, the motor uses Sony NP-F batteries but also has 5V DC and a micro USB connector. This makes it much easier to power the motor when needed. I can just plug the USB power adapter into the motor and charge for hours! This is a great design that I have never seen on other sliders. I have several sliders in my collection, this tail slider may not have a follow focus or other options. But it's great for vertical or angled shots! Very smooth and powerful enough to handle my camera setup.
