My sister got her son one for Christmas and I was jealous! How glad I was when he was half gone. I bought two! Once as a gift and once for us. My kids photographed all sorts of things. Very easy to use. You REALLY need to attach it to something to get a nice clear close-up. That's a big disadvantage, but it hasn't stopped my kids from taking a lot of really cool shots. I've included 3 of her photos today: a closeup of our leather sofa (that's crazy!), someone's hairy leg, and a tiny root growing from a philodendron plant. I will update my rating on the item's durability when we have it longer. So far I think it's great! My children are 9, 10 and 12 years old.
