Got this just for fun to use for exercising and to allow the kids to have something fun to use. I am 5'3" and had to get the 9' rope, the 8' is too short. The sizing chart was off. Other than that this rope is perfect for fun, won't be doing double unders with it so if that's the plan get a good speed rope.
