The best thing about this software was its quick reporting feature which helps me to monitor my network in real time from anywhere around world without any hassle of visiting physical location or office for checking it regularly! I think they need some more tools like firewall management tool so as we can manage our system easily & quickly!! Overall i would rate these guys very high because nothing much bad has happened till now but if you are looking out something new then definitely go ahead otherwise there will be no harm at all using their products/services once u try them firstly.
