Review on Authentic TOYOTA Water Inlet Gasket by Chris Pollreisz

This thermostat gasket fitted perfectly but when tightening the 3-10mm nuts that hold the thermostat housing to the engine I jammed the gasket and it later leaked , so I had to reinstall them . My mistake is always using a folding mirror to check that the gasket is flush with the engine. I should have known the gasket was stuck as the nut closest to the firewall was harder to tighten than the other two nuts; a clear sign that the seal has been pinched. FYI this was used to fit around the perimeter of a Toyota thermostat part number 90916-A3003.
