Review on IRIS Intelligence by Kipp Amundson

I like that it is very easy to use, has many different options available as well as being able to customize just about anything you need or want from this program! It can be confusing at times because there are sooo may features but not enough help guides/tutorials out their yet too make things easier (like when trying figure something new).

If used properly with other programs such as Risk Manager then they work together great though sometimes some of our clients don't know how much data comes through each system - we have had issues where certain reports aren’t showing up correctly within RISK manager since one doesn't sync perfectly all time either due to changes made by client's IT department etc.. But overall its ok once figured everything out!! Best tool if your looking into integrating 3rd party systems along side RMS / ERP applications. We're using Iris intelligence mainly.
