So far, so good with triplets. We needed a full protective sheet for their mattress covers because after every sleep and night they stripped off all their sheets and mattress covers and then folded their mattress cover in half (which started damaging their mattress covers). As much as we hate paying $25 for a cover, I have to say it was worth it. We only suggest that they sleep straight on these mattress pads because they are quite soft and the best part is that they haven't figured out the zipper yet and can't fold the lining in half. If they try, he just reverts to his full self. We've only had them for a few weeks but for now I'd definitely recommend this included bag.
