I used this to run my Transcend CPAP machine with a setting for 4-10 (it's an auto cpap; my normal setting is 7.) The battery lasted for 3 nights just right at 8 hours each. So this little guy ran 24 hours for a fraction of the price of the transcend multi night battery. I am thoroughly impressed. I'm a backpacker, and with 3 nights and at a weight of 495 grams, this just opened up my world to multi night backpacking trips without carrying excessive battery packs. The JMT is a distinct possibility now, because I can afford and carry 2 of these guys for 6 nights (which is the longest stretch between available power.) If you need something light, and that has one hell of a punch, you CANNOT beat this. I just bought their solar charger (about 500 grams) and I'm going to conduct a test to see how long it takes to recharge the battery.
