Ineffective, useless
I don't think I like this particular candle for my outdoor patio privacy screen so I wouldn't buy it again. The canister and ONE-wick shape doesn't offer longevity, and the canister is very, very full of soot at the top, making the wick difficult to light unless you want to get your hand dirty by putting your hand up stretch bright. it's going on. Also, it only seems to melt the middle wax around the wick, not the sides, so it's a waste of candle wax. Not efficient. I prefer the inverted canister shape for an outdoor candle, wide base and narrow top with three wicks.
