Even nonstick for my opinion
This is the best crepe pan I have ever used. It is light weight for easy lifting on and off the heat. It is completely non-stick but has enough texture that the batter spreads and stays in place. The low lip is perfect for using a wooden crepe spatula. The crepes cook evenly, even at the edges. The handle is a matte plastic that has a velvet feel to it and is very easy to grip. I have used it for a few months now and it continues to be non-stick. Treat it with the care it deserves, and it performs beautifully.
