Review on Process Manager by Robert Xayamonty

I love that it is easy to pick the right tool to use, and that it is easy to use in a team setting. I dislike the software not having a few more features that I know other larger programs have. I love the customer service and all of the training that is provided. Overall Process Manager is a great program for any small business and I would highly recommend it to others. The software has helped to streamline processes, reduce cost and improve efficiency. The ability to see real time data about our business process in one place is great! It's easy for employees to use as well which makes it even better. There are many different areas that could be improved upon but overall I like what we have implemented so far. As of now there isn't anything that I dislike at this point. We've been able to create several reports including ones with custom graphs and charts and also some pretty neat dashboards.
