Works great! The fact that the inner tube is stuck under the tire has been driving me insane for years. Being a lazy person, I often make things worse by swinging the hose around to pull it off, which of course results in the hose getting on my paint. But not anymore! The hose slides right around these things. Even my non-slip solid rubber hose with its hexagonal shape doesn't get stuck! The hose guides slip off every now and then, but I wipe on a slick garage floor. On a rougher surface like a driveway, they'll probably stay in place better. I just squeeze them a little to wedge them in there and they're fine. It's also worth noting that I have low-profile tires and the ledge on them doesn't interfere with washing the wheels and barely blocks the sidewall. Tires. Bonus: two of them accidentally ran over and the bits weren't sharp enough to damage my tires! Or maybe I'm just very lucky.
