I bought it for my mother, I was led by new items (cardiogram and tonometer), which competitors do not have. But the expected happiness has not yet reached - stupid, probably. 1) I immediately ran into the fact that setting up pairing with a mobile device is a complex multi-step process. You need to install several applications and libraries from Samsung, and plus have a Samsung account. Next, a series of dances with a tambourine, with inputs to either GooglePlay or SamsungPlay. As a result, this quest was not completed to the end, i. E. connect the tonometer function so far it has not worked out (I will continue trying). I compare with watches from Garmin, Mio and Polar - everything is much simpler and more logical there. 2) Why can't the watch be paired with two phones? If you want to connect to a new one, there is a complete reset of the clock, then a long pairing process. Moreover, if something went wrong (or changed your mind about pairing), you canโt use the clock: they need to be connected, and thatโs it. 3) Why won't Galaxy Health work until you log in with a Samsung account? Why is this needed, and why is Google lacking? And without Galaxy Health, the tonometer and ECG functions are not available. 4) Most importantly: it turned out that this miracle is not compatible with every mobile device! Even with Samsung. For example, this tablet did not work: Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 SM-T510. The Galaxy Wearable just doesn't see the watch, and neither do they. Tell me - WHAT GOOD? What prevents compatibility with a regular standard android device, with standard Bluetooth and a fairly recent OS version? Do you need some unique hardware components that you can't find anywhere else? Why do you need to buy a new phone in addition to the watch? It seems that Samsung is too keen on competing with Apple and has adopted a number of not the best features from it.
