Review on Investigator Report by Paul Varnado

I like how easy it was to use once we were able get our team of investigators up-to speed with using this product for their own needs! It's not perfect but has made things easier than they used too be when trying to track all aspects related to each investigation (ease access to notes from interviewers/witnesses etc). The fact you can't log into your account unless you are logged out makes sense as otherwise someone could hack an investigator or witness accounts without them knowing about it - so good idea here. We didn;t have any issues at first however now there seems to be some sort of issue where if one person logs off then another user cannot login until after 10 mins which means no data entry during working hours. This doesn’t happen every time though just sometimes enough times to make us think twice before logging back onto site again.
