Great coffee machine with great features. I have been choosing a coffee machine for a long time and chose the new Philips Saeco SM7683/00 model. Fifteen drinks that are launched from a large touch screen, fine-tuning each drink using the Coffee Equalizer allows you to change not only the volume, strength and temperature, but also the saturation of the drink, the height of the milk foam and the sequence of adding ingredients: first coffee, then milk or vice versa. For 3 months of use, I have not yet evaluated all the possibilities of the coffee machine, but the consumption of coffee (grain) in the family has increased dramatically. The quality of preparation of both pure and milk drinks is excellent, but of course depends on the grain used. One thing: immediately after frothing milk, the machine releases a burst of steam to clean the cappuccinatore, but this is apparently not enough for cleaning, since when preparing the next drink after 1-2 hours, the supply of milk through the cappuccinatore is difficult. the problem is solved manually by using the HygieSteam function to quickly and effectively clean the cappuccinatore. The brewing mechanism is completely removable, which makes it easy to care for, rinse under water and lubricate. I have not done deep cleaning yet, so I can’t say anything about its simplicity.
