To get my teen to drink more water I started buying small clear plastic disposable bottles and keeping them in the fridge. I suggested he take one after every bottle of Gatorade or soda. It worked, and soon he was drinking several a day. But then I felt guilty about the negative impact on the environment. We bought it and have never regretted it. They are suitable for all ages, they look attractive and do not take up much space in the refrigerator. We've had them for over 6 months now and they're holding up great. We only use water and hand wash them, but it's easy and more about filling them up right away than worrying about how they'll hold up in the dishwasher.
