I'm pretty sure most buyers bought it for the price not the product itself. I'm one of those people. As the name suggests, there aren't many premium materials in this product. Metal wires (that's what I call them because I don't know the correct term) are quite thin and can be bent in any way. I think it's good because you can and can't adjust it to the shape of your head, but they can really nudge you if you're not careful. I would not recommend that you let younger children, or just children in general, use this as metal wires are likely to cause damage if caught in the eye. (Happened to me.) This product seems to break even after a few light uses. In any case, I'm trying to understand what I should refrain from buying this product. I would suggest looking for a real head massager,
