When this item arrived I was mentally prepared for a full day of assembly and expected a booklet sized instruction manual, 2000 bolts, washers, nuts and locks of various sizes. Nuts must be fitted using the supplied hex key. I opened the box, removed the cart, pulled the front handle, then the back handle and I was 98% done! Now all that remains is to mount the bins on the block and tighten the two wing nuts to fix the length. I felt like I got an extra full day in my life! Additionally, this is a high quality, well-made product that doesn't rattle or wobble. My wife loves it!
