You need a kit when replacing either the board or the panel
I liked that it fitted but the wiring was different and you had to be careful where the wires connected what was not included were the instructions on the top limit switch which had to be in order for the kit to work bridge between the high ones and low terminals, the jumper came with the kit but no explanation of how to use it the service techs had to refer to the service notes to know this and what allows it to work.
