No instructions are included I mean it's easy to install and I don't like how far it sticks out of the bumper although it is I should have blushed a bit but it arrived quickly **UPDATED** Now October 2019 has only been almost a year. I have to rate it 1 out of 3 stars that I originally had. It doesn't stay in place, I found my plate is vertical after riding over bumps, I took it off, moved it to a different hole position for a better grip and it doesn't work, I had to get a little bubble hammer flush on the plate mount so it can be a little secure. I've literally zip tied it now to keep it centered and not wobble all over the place.
