I love this water bottle! Since it says when certain amounts of water should be drunk by a certain time I've found it not only helps me stay hydrated which gives me energy, but also helps me know if I'm thirsty or hungry. Which helps with weight loss! I love how comfortable the strap and handle are and that it fits my car's cup holder! I do suggest flipping the top open during elevation changes because otherwise it squirts you from the air pressure change (happens with every water bottle, especially while flying).My one complaint is that despite cleaning the top of the straw area, with a straw cleaner and soaking it over night, I can't get it clean. Thus despite searching everywhere, I can't find a replacement part. So I had to buy a new one. I did drink some gatorade in it as well as mostly water. I'm hoping just drinking water from it on this next round will stop it from getting uncleanably gross.
