As someone who runs 5 miles a day I wasn't expecting a long perfect shoe but it took 3 days for the insole to start slipping and sliding out the back of the shoe Foot. my shoes while walking. The shoes are very light, but unless you only walk on overcast/smooth surfaces they should be fine. They seem a little small but maybe they feel small because the insole rides up and back on my heel. You get what you pay for.
